THE PERFECT CUFF FOR FALL

While I was playing around on Polyvore last week, I came across this covet, the House of Harlow 1960 Tribal Cuff ($220).

ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE THE GG PLUS

I’ve been wanting to purchase a new bike for a while now–just for exercise and riding along the beach. And lo and behold,  look what I found! A freaking heavenly and chic Gucci bicycle aka the GG Plus ($6365)!! Have you even heard of such a thing? I hadn’t but, I’m glad I do now, and it’s a must for our covet section. I honestly don’t think the price is too bad. “It’ aint tricking if you got it!”

I’M A SUCKER FOR FEATHERS

This ostrich feather, silk-chiffon skirt features beading, studs, and shells at the waistband by Adam retails for about $545. I love love love feathers! I get the shells and it looks nice BUT I would prefer crystals if I plan on wearing it at night.

COLOR ME BAD!!

Lovemade and  Hong Kong based brand, Mata-hari teams up on a limited edition handbag collaboration. I’m so digging this Color Me Bad ($90) bag that features a black suede base with magenta, and pastel shades of blue, yellow and purple leather appliquéd on the surface of the bag in a mosaic inspired pattern. This is so fun for spring and summer draped across your hip, while  sipping mojitos on a rooftop gathering.

A REMINDER TO LOVE

I’m in love with indie jewelry line Avanessi’s rose gold love ring. I’ve been really digging rose gold lately. It’s just such a pretty shade of pink. This little ring is like a tattooed reminder to love, that you can actually take off! HA! BUT- it is pricey for what you’re getting. $288 for this baby.

MARLEN LUGO HANDBAGS

Rahiel and I attended the MOCA Contemporaries L.A. Fashion Event at Blum & Poe, and Marlen Lugo was there displaying her handbags. Her line of handbags was hands down, the most stand-out pieces from the event. I fell in love with the freshness of the bags. Some of the most beautiful clutches you’ll ever see; made from soft leather, precious metals, and bird feathers. It was heaven, and her use of materials is raw and breathtaking.

iPosture, I DONT KNOW…

I saw iPosture ($74.95) in Fitness magazine.  One of the editors reviewed it and said it made her sit up straight but didn’t make any change in slimming her tummy.
It monitors your stance and anytime you slouch more than degrees of where you should be for more than a minute it will let you know!  It is a little over an inch in diameter.  You can stick it on you, on your necklace, or bra strap.
It claims that waist size is reduced 2 inches in women who improve their posture. …

TAUPE & BALMAIN, STOP IT NOW.

I love Balmain, but I also love the military trend, really always have. These Balmain lace-up canvas ankle boots are just bad ass. I think these are also victorian-esque,  and you could rock these with a long floral dress and a blazer and look phenomenal. O’ how I want these. Sigh.

I REALLY, REALLY WANT THESE RIGHT NOW

I received the Anthroplogie catalog in the mail.  I flipped through pages and found a pair of gold reptilian sheen oxfords!  I like them because they can make any plain outfit look not so plain.  I would wear them with shorts, skirts, or even my favorite pair of boot cut jeans & a tee.  It combines so many looks on all levels. It is real leather and retails for $138.00.
UPDATE: So I finally bought these! They went on sale for $69.95, on the Anthropologie website.  After shipping and tax my total was …
