Mauvelous

…are two of my favorite lipstick shades from Nicole Miller’s beauty line just in time for spring. I know it’s surprising since most people don’t even know that a Nicole Miller makeup line even exists, but I’m here to tell you it does! The reason you may not have known is because it’s an affiliate of Melaleuca, Inc. which is a wellness company similar to Avon, Amway, and all those retailers. My aunt used to sell it years ago and would give me lipsticks, and I fell in love.

Sugarplum

These are the only two pinks I wear and their both very soft, doesn’t dry your lips, or leave that nasty white crease. The Sugarplum color is more a of pale metallic pink that contrary to what you might expect, would look good on most skin tones. And the Mauvelous is a creamy rosey shade. My fave look is black eyeliner in full effect with a pink lip, so these shades give me exactly what I need in a lipstick.

Although, its seems like the color difference is so slight in these images, they really are two different pinks. Even my camera didn’t do the shades justice, so I settled on using these.

Pros:  Smooth color, smells good, great quality

Cons:  Not easily accessible- You have to purchase online for $21, but if you know someone selling it, you can purchase $12.50. Hint, hint Ms. Miller start selling it on your website!
