I love a good summer knit!  Something that can take me from those early chilly mornings, to warm summer afternoons.  It’s rare that I come across a piece that I can hold on too for years.  I’ve been wearing the same mint easy breezy knit for the past 3 summers.  I have finally found another go-to knit at LOFT!

Almost with every new season, I need new basic black and white t-shirts.  I’m very picky about my tees, as with everything else I review on this site, but especially the t-shirts.  I believe basics should be high quality or at least look like it.

I have found yet another favorite mascara! And it’s one I don’t think I would have tried if it weren’t for the enormously wonderful gift bag we received at the Toni&Guy x Dermalogica event at the Toni&Guy academy a couple of weeks back!

Ever since I decided to grow my hair out long, my hair stylist Erin is always telling me that I need to start using a product that nourishes and protects my tresses. Enter Klorane Leave-In Spray with Citrus Pulp. I’ve been working this stuff into my hair care/styling routine over the past couple of weeks and I’m impressed!

Last weekend, I celebrated my 27th birthday.  Damn, I’m getting old.  Ah well, I feel about 23 and don’t believe in getting old.  It doesn’t exist. It’s all in the mind.  At least, that’s what I’m telling myself, and as women, we should all be telling ourselves.

It takes a steady hand and precise attention to detail to not get makeup in places it shouldn’t be.   How many times have you gotten eyeshadow shimmer on your cheek bones, flecks of mascara on your eye lid, or lipstick beyond the lip line?  It’s really annoying!  So we try to put our best face forward with the help of Puffs tissue.

I don’t typically write reviews on body washes, and  I usually only use natural ones, but I had the new and improved Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash under the sink for a few months now and whipped it out.  I’m one of those girls that waits until she’s down to her last drop of product and panics when I don’t have a back up ready.  Enter Dove body wash.

I love my gadgets a little too much.  Take away my technology and I am lost.  I have my go-to devices, that are usually glued to my hands.  However, when Verizon wireless gave us a chance to try the new Samsung Galaxy Note II, I said yes.  I think I’m allowed to cheat with other devices from time to time!
