This is THE app for us ladies (and gents) who hate making our way through a crowded bar to order drinks.  We’d much rather use that wasted time to chat with friends and flirt with that cutie across the room.  Enter Flowtab.  The perfect app for a Spoiled Little (insert city here) Girl.  When I first saw Kyle, Flowtab’s hot founder, post updates about the upcoming app on Facebook, I was very curious as to how it would work.  The concept is amazing, but will it really work?

We got the chance to test it out during a demo at Copa D’ Oro in Santa Monica a few months ago.  As soon as we found a place to sit I whipped out my iPhone.  I used my current location to choose which bar I was in.  The menu of drinks pop up.  I added Prosecco to my cart.  Next, I had the option of adding gratuity or leaving cash tip.  Entering my credit card information wasn’t the easiest in dim lighting but I made it work.  A few minutes later I received a text saying my drink was ready.  I made my way to the designated Flowtab area of the bar, told the bartender my name and voila, drink in hand!

I cannot wait for Flowtab to be in every bar.  It will free me do what I really came to do: have fun with friends, drink, and have more time to dance.  Flowtab is available at both App Store and Android.  You can suggest your favorite bar to Flowtab here.  And feel free to read more about this free app here.
