Rockstar Nails Bellacures NAILS LIKE A ROCKSTAR

When the opportunity presents itself to get a free mani, I take it!  Especially if it is a hot new trend called Rockstar nails, and the awesome manicurist at Bellacures are doing them.  I first heard about Rockstar nails on Million Dollar Listing L.A., when Heather went to get a pedicure.   I didn’t know what it was until a rep from Bellacures contacted us.

I drove to Bellacures Studio City location on a Sunday to see what all the hype was about.  It was my first time at the Studio City location, which is very spacious!  I walked in and picked my color from a wheel.  Warning, you might want to come 5-10 minutes early to pick a color.  There are so many options to choose from.   My eye naturally gravitated towards “Fools Gold”.  The receptionist grabbed a jar of glitter, not a bottle.  You read right, a jar of glitter!

The entire process is very similar to getting a gel manicure.  The only difference is that I dipped my finger in the glitter, instead of the color being painted on.  I love how the glitter is rich and not sparse.  The dipping process also lends itself to more creative designs.  Stripes anyone?  Dipping also ensures the entire nail is covered in glitter…..which is why I chose Strawberry Smoothie for my ring fingers – to break it up a little.  I got them 2 weeks ago and they still look new.  Every girl I encounter loves my nails and wants to know where I got them done.  So, now you know!

Pros: Dipping my finger in glitter, stays on for a long time, attention grabber
Cons: None
